ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ryan McCloskey - State Farm Agent, your primary objective is to ensure our clients have the best possible experience and contribute to the success of our insurance agency. We are looking for someone who pays attention to details, excels in customer service, and genuinely enjoys assisting others. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, collaborating with team members, and actively supporting the community.
If you are a friendly and compassionate team player, we would love to have a conversation with you. We also offer opportunities for ambitious candidates who are motivated by sales and aspire to advance within the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, providing necessary follow-up as required
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance availability, coverage options, policy changes, claims and billing
  • Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance choices
  • Communicate effectively to meet customer needs and promote the growth of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to establish rapport with customers, address their questions, and anticipate their needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and collaborate with other agency team members
  • Proactive in problem-solving
  • Must be able to attain Washington State insurance license
Compensation $46,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
