"I felt terrible, I let my insurance lapse but wanted to go back to State farm. They were great before. I bucked up, grabbed the phone and ended up talking to Haley . Who instantly just makes you feel like a real person, and that you are talking to another. She was friendly, which is kind of rare these days, I mean in the sense that it was just natural and fun, and perfect business happens as a byproduct of genuine courtesy and professionalism. The process was absolutely easy, as I'm writing this I feel like I sound like an infomercial, but these are the sincere words without edit that just come from the heart from the experience. And by the way this is no plug for someone who needs help, perfect credit shopping around whatever it is you do I know from past experience and now regardless of your situation, I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else. You may feel like you're saving, but you're not looking at the details, and unless you've seen the details and the personal experience, you really have no idea what you're comparing to. There's no benefit I get from this other than the awesome service that I already have received, and that is obviously a huge relief knowing how important insurance is in our lives if we should need it. BTW, i dropped the ball on my only minor task I was left with, basically to click a button and be done... Haley patiently just remind Until it got done. One of those things you know was totally probably annoying for her but you never ever would have known it if that makes sense. But very simple stuff, I really had nothing to do throughout the whole process other than click a button and Haley did all the rest. I'm just super stoked. It's rare I get a chance to say these truths. With Haley, and the service you get, even if something where to be mistaken in the future, humans do that. But with someone like her you wouldn't even think about it knowing that she's got your best interest in mind all the time. Haley is awesome at what she does. Thank you Haley..
